I spoke to Kevin after visiting another establishment. Not only did Kevin come in several thousand dollars less than my first quote from another place, but he did not jump to the most expensive fix. Kevin spoke about several other possible issues that would cost a lot less that could be causing my issue. Polite , Personable and most important honest.
