Said work that needed to be done was didn't need to be done

Customer stated his steering wheel was off centered and needed an alignment. Customer stated that another repair shop had installed a new steering rack and pinion. Confirmed with customer steering wheel was off to the right almost 90 degrees. Customer was advised that his installer needed to recenter the steering rack to the steering column shaft. The rack needed this in order to correctly do the alignment. Customer agreed to authorize the repair. Not sure Melvin why you wrote this review. Kevin uses the highest quality oil for his oil changes unlike those chain locations. I trust his mechanics to do the best job and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

First time customer. Great job! Great Service! The car was inspected for the issues I brought up within 4 hours. Estimate price was great for the work that needed to be done. Repairs were done in 24 hours which was a lot quicker than expected. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Thank you for the great customer service and great work! I will be back for any future needs for my car.

First time taking my vehicle to Kevin's. The customer service was fantastic! The estimate was better than one I had received at a dealership. They completed the work quicker than I was expecting. Did a great job! Nothing but praise for the fine people at Kevin's. Will definately be taking my vehicle back there for any future repairs.

We just had our 2012 Toyota Rav4 serviced here- we are new customers the service was great. They changed the oil in the car and gave it a 21 point inspection. They suggested future work that may need to be done but were not pushy. Now that we know what maintenance issues we may have with the car we will be able to schedule this in the budget. We will definitely be coming back to Kevin's.
